During our St. James Week, several men and women from around the state kindly came to Camp ASCCA and shared their unique environmental education knowledge.

Kelvin Perkins, ACES, had a cool device for determining the age of a tree. It is an increment borer. Quite simply, you bore out a small core from the tree. It is thinner than a pencil.
